Thick grip weights are designed to produce grip strength and build the mucle chain from the fingers to the feet. The thick grip Dumbell and thick grip barbell both serve a purpose in advancing your strength training. The dumbbell helps cross the divide between kettlebell training and strength training. The Barbell will provide raw stength to the muscle chains connected to the exercises involved by opening the grip to unstabilize the weight forcing you to use more strength to stabilize it. They are both loadable tools that can grow in weight with your advancement in training. These weights will create brut strength though out the body.
